Aufgrund der Einführung von speziellen Produkten wie beispielsweise den GDP (Good Distribution Practice) mussten die AGB der Netzwerkorganisation GO! Express & Logistics den neuen Gegebenheiten angepasst werden.
Als Mitglied und Schweizer Vertreter des vorgenannten Netzwerks werden wir deshalb diese neuen allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen, im Rahmen der Schweizer Gesetzgebung, in unser Vertragswerk integrieren. Die Änderungen gelten sowohl für Neukunden wie auch für bestehende Kunden ab dem 1. April 2014.
Widersprüche gegen die neuen AGB (allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen) sind der GO! Express & Logistics (Schweiz) AG, Industriestrasse 47, 6300 Zug spätestens bis zum 30.04.2014 mitzuteilen. Andernfalls gehen wir davon aus, dass Sie die neuen AGB’s von GO! abschliessend akzeptiert haben.

Due to the introduction of specific products such as the GDP (Good Distribution Practice) GO! Express & Logistics had to adapt the terms and conditions of the network organization to new circumstances.
As a member and Swiss representatives of the above network, under the Swiss legislation, we therefore integrate these new terms and conditions in our contract work. The changes apply to both new customers and for existing customers from st of April 2014.
Objections to the new terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) are the GO! Express & Logistics (Switzerland) AG, Industriestrasse 47, 6300 Zug to inform until 30.04.2014. Otherwise, we assume that the new Terms and Conditions of GO! have been conclusively accepted.
